Art Student Selected For Show at El Paso Museum of Art

The El Paso Museum of Art has selected a UTEP undergraduate art student to exhibit his work at the El Paso Museum of Art as part of the LabEPMA series.

Guillermo Gutierrez’s work will be exhibited through May 7. He will give a free public talk about his work at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at the museum.

The UTEP Department of Art has been working with the museum on this new project that will showcase the work of one UTEP undergraduate artist for a three-month period each year. This special program is tailored to highlight the work of area artists, promote creative production, and provide a platform for contemporary discussion.
