Workers continue to enclose the first residential building of the new student housing complex off north Sun Bowl Drive in preparation for the exterior stucco coat. Other crews are installing the building’s “guts,” such as the insulation around the air conditioning ducts and other work that needs to be done before the installation of sheetrock. Framing continues on the second residential building.
