Interior Work Should Begin Soon in UTEP’s Residential Hall One

City inspectors are expected to visit Residential Hall One in coming days to check on work that has been completed. Once approved, contractors will begin interior finish work such as drywall.

The roof is on Residential Hall Two and crews now will begin to add the EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finishing System) skin to the outside walls.

Work continues to progress on the community building. Utility lines are being added. The long and winding rock retention wall around the arroyo is almost finished. Crews will begin to manicure the land in anticipation of landscaping with native vegetation and boulder walls similar to the one at the foot of Union Building West.
