Ambassador of Mexico to the United States Eduardo Medina Mora, UTEP President Diana Natalicio, other dignitaries, and members of the public were present at the dedication of the Esfera Cuantica Tlahtolli sculpture today at the Fox Fine Arts Center Plaza.
The sculpture, which was created by renowned artist Sebastián, was given in recognition of UTEP’s role in educating thousands of Mexican students and as a gift of friendship for the University’s Centennial.
