What: News conference with The Honorable Joe Straus

Where: Undergraduate Learning Center rotunda, first floor, UTEP campus
The Honorable Joe Straus, Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, will be in El Paso to visit with the El Paso House of Representatives delegation in preparation for the next regular session of the Texas Legislature. The session will begin in January 2015.
During his visit, he will meet with UTEP President Diana Natalicio to hear about the University’s priorities and needs.
Members of the media are invited to hear Straus’ remarks during Monday’s news conference.
