Crews will begin to penetrate the existing floors of Kelly Hall from the new stair tower that was constructed on the south side of the building. Contractors will need to close a small portion of sidewalk in front of Kelly Hall for three weeks starting April 20, 2015, to bring in materials such as doors, windows and their related frames.
