Contractors will close some lanes along Interstate 10 near The University of Texas at El Paso during the week of Oct. 27, 2014, to work on the Spur 1966 project. Crews will alternate closing the left and right eastbound lanes between the Schuster Avenue and Porfirio Diaz Street overpasses from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, through Friday, Oct. 31. Workers also will alternate lane closures from Prospect Avenue to Sun Bowl Drive along Schuster Avenue near the roundabout during the same hours.
