UTEP hosted a working group of the U.S.-Mexico Bilateral Forum on Higher Education, Innovation, and Research (FOBESII) in conjunction with the Undersecretary for North America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico the U.S. Department of State. The forum aims expand economic opportunities for citizens of both countries, develop a shared vision on educational cooperation, and boost student mobility and academic exchanges between the two countries.
