Work is progressing on the three structures that make up the new student housing complex on the north side of campus off Sun Bowl Drive.
Crews are installing interior air conditioning ducts and pulling in coolant lines from the roof of Residential Housing Unit 1. The stucco and brick plans for the exterior are approved.
Enough of the third floor of Residential Housing Unit 2 is done to begin framing the fourth floor. The Commons Building is framed and contractors plan to start installing the roof trusses immediately. The setting of utility lines to each building is progressing.
